CARD Association operates volunteers in the town of Shebaa and the neighborhood since 2002, and is registered with the Lebanese state. Assembly officially licensed by Ministerial Decree of the Ministry of the Interior beginning in 2011 registration # 366 / A. D. / 2011 / Scope of work is restrcited to the districts of Hasbaya and Marjayoun, south lebanon, Headquartered in Lebanon - Shebaa is on the borders of Syria, The mission of CARD aims at bringing relief to the population in general and to those who suffered and still suffering  from the absence of governmental health and social care,  through direct assistance as well as through community based interventions to enhance human rights and social awareness, economical conditions, for all community categories, following a participatory approach through involving local stakeholders and authorities in a system of coordination to assess needs and implement programs responding to these needs with the most vulnerable and deprived. We seek to provide cooperation and assistance and partnership in the many fields with a partner.
