Chehade & Tarif for Advocay & Consultancy (CTAC) is a not-for-profit private civil company registered in Lebanon at the Beirut Civil Companies Registry under no 736/2017, aiming to provide legal & advocacy services to vulnerable individuals and to national/international groups in need for legal consultation, advice, advocacy, and/or representation.
The core mission of CTAC is to empower vulnerable individuals with legal instruments, to support Human Rights and Humanitarian organisations in promoting a better situation of civil and human rights & liberties in Lebanon and the MENA region as whole, to ensure access to the right of litigation, and to raise legal awareness amongst unprotected individual and communities, including those affected by the ongoing armed conflicts such as refugees, ethnic & religious minorities, LGBT, women and children, and other.
