- Develop communications tools and implement them within the project description in coordination with the Communications Manager.
- Use set strategic communication plans and platforms for the promotion and engagement of Embrace on online and offline channels within the project description.
- Develop and publish monthly quality content in coordination with the Clinical department and Communications Manager.
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of various communications (email, social media, blogs, etc.)
- Post stories on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, within a specified pattern, comment and manage social media posts.
- Event creation and advertising on social media.
- Respond to messages received on social media platforms in a timely manner.
- Ensure all social media platforms are updated with relevant content.
- Document and archive messages received on social media platforms.
- Handle event marketing through photographing and documenting moments and details.
- Updating of Embrace website in coordination with Communications Manager and IT team.
- Disseminate to the executive board monthly social media progress reports.
- Reach out to corporations for the events initiated by Embrace.
- Attend relevant webinars and trainings in digital media.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, investors and customer audiences that will help spreading the word and advance Embrace work.
- Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them.
- Ensure digital marketing content aligns with Embrace’s identity and message.
