يهدف هذا البحث العمليّ المنحى إلى إعلام الممارِسين وصانعي القرار بشأن وضع الحماية الاجتماعيّة واحتياجاتها والثغرات الموجودة فيها، وذلك بالنسبة إلى العاملين في قطاع المجتمع المدنيّ. يقدّم هذا البحث توصيات مستهدَفة تهدف إلى تعزيز وصول العاملين في قطاع المجتمع المدنيّ إلى الحماية الاجتماعيّة، كما تستهدف الدولة، جماعة المانحين والمنظّمات غير الحكوميّة الدّولية، والمنظّمات غير الحكوميّة المحليّة.

This action-oriented research aims to inform practitioners and decision makers on social protection status, needs and gaps of workers in the civil society sector. It formulates targeted recommendations that aim at enhancing access to civil society workers to social protection, and that target the Lebanese state, the donor community and international NGOs, and local NGOs.

The 2019 CPDE Monitoring Report’s Key Messages and Recommendations aim to inform and augment dialogue in the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation (henceforth the Global Partnership). CPDE is committed to dialogue on outstanding development effectiveness challenges, including ‘unfinished business’ for many key commitments and indicators agreed in Paris (2005) and Busan (2011). This report aims to provide statistical and analytical tools for the recovery community working in North Lebanon, specifically those working with the Nahr el-Bared displaced and returnee population. The information will allow for better assessment of current needs and gaps, which will eventually support the development of appropriate strategies of intervention on both the short and long term.

يقدّم هذا البحث حول الأحزاب السياسي؛، بدايةً لدراسة الأحزاب وفهم طبيعتها وبنيتها، لمن يرغب في الدراسة فقط؛ ولكن الهدف الأساسي هو شرح كيفية المباشرة بالعمل التنظيمي والقانوني الحزبي؛ وكيفية الانخراط في الأحزاب السياسية وتشكيلها. من المهم العمل على تغيير الموروث العربي السلبي بخصوص السياسة والأحزاب والعمل الجماعي والاجتماعي؛ فالسياسة ليست هي فن الكذب، كما هو شائع؛ بل هي علم تحقيق المصالح العامة؛ والوصول إلى مجتمعات ديمقراطية تعددية؛ تُحقّق التنمية الشاملة للمجتمع؛ وتسود فيها قيم الحرية والعدالة للجميع.

The third edition of the Arab Governance Report introduces post-war best practices from international and regional experiences. It suggests strategies and policies for Libya and Yemen that focus on the immediate aftermath once combat ceases and a future political settlement.

The articles gathered in this dossier offer insights, based on case studies, into the transformation of the “associative sector” in Lebanon, a sector generally seen to be at the core of an increasingly active civil society.

The July war 2006, lasted 34 days, and led to the displacement of 915,762 (almost 25% of the Lebanese population) persons, relocating into public and private schools all over the country. يهدف هذا الدليل الثنائي اللغة للتزويد بالأدوات والمهارات لتأسيس مجموعة أومؤسسة وتنظيم عملها في لبنان، ونُشرَ ضمن مشروع قاعدة المعرفة حول المجتمع المدني، بالشراكة مع الوكالة السويسرية للشراكة والتعاون (SDC). يجمع تصميم الدليل بين اللغتين العربية والانكليزية من أجل التأكد من وصوله لأكبر عدد ممكن من الفاعلين. وقد صمّمته نايلا يحيا.
