Funders’ Fair, Enabling Youth-Led Initiatives to Achieve Their Mission

The Funders’ Fair is an exhibition and networking-style platform which aims to grant visibility to 9 youth organisations participating in the “Enabling Youth-led Initiatives” project, part of Lebanon Support’s programme, the Civil Society Incubator*.

This event constitutes an opportunity for attendees to identify like-minded organisations and conceive potential collaborations, in order to strengthen civil society cooperation and synergies.

The 9 youth-led organisations that took part of the “Enabling Youth-Led Initiatives” project are:

Agenda:

5:00-5:30pm: Meet & greet, informal networking.
5:30-5:40pm: Welcome notes from Lebanon Support and Embassy of Switzerland, Cooperation Office in Lebanon.
5:40-6:10pm: Pitches from the 9 youth-led organisations. Each organisation will present one of the projects it is looking to implement in 3 minutes.
6:20-7:00pm: Pass by the booths. Each organisation will be available to discuss further its work and potential collaborations.
7:00-8:00pm: Reception continues.
Please note that simultaneous interpreting to Arabic and English will be available for the welcome notes and presentations.

*The Civil Society Incubator is designed to foster the creation, development, and growth of local civil society and public action initiatives, organisations, or projects, in addition to facilitating knowledge exchange with initiatives or individuals. The Civil Society Incubator provides tailored mentorship and on-the-job coaching to organisations and individuals alike.
