Call for Expressions of Interest – Activity Coordinator (Community Center & Social Cohesion Project)

Purpose of the role

Coordinates the planning and implementation of all social cohesion activities, ensuring they are inclusive, well‑organized and documented.

Key responsibilities (summary)

  • Plan and coordinate social cohesion activities (women‑led, youth, arts & crafts, Sunday markets, festival).
  • Develop and consolidate activity calendars and schedules.
  • Liaise with facilitators and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Support basic data collection, attendance sheets and short activity reports.

Profile

  • Degree in social sciences, education, arts, community development or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, community work or events management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work some evenings/weekends when activities are held.
