NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER
Provision of Translation services

To support the ongoing operations, ACTED through this National Call for tender is requesting suppliers and companies to provide detailed written bids for the supply of the following services for one (1) year framework Agreement as below:
Service: Translation Services
Operation area: Within Beirut
Capacity of translate: translate 1400 Words in 2 working days
Quantities are indicative and are subject to change.
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders in the Daleel Madani website at the following address: https://daleel-madani.org/ under the section “Call”.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the Daleel Madani website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

How to Apply
The closing date of this tender is fixed on 10/09/2021 at 5:00PM (Lebanese local time) for e-mail applications. Late offers will not be considered and will automatically be rejected.
The offers must be submitted to ACTED by mail to Lebanon.tender@acted.or CC: Tender@acted.org with the mention: “T/FWA/11lMULTI/Translation Services/ BYT/LOG/20-08-2021- Not to be opened before 10/09/2021”
The tender opening session will take place in September 2021 ( Exact date and time to be determined) on Zoom Application. Suppliers will be informed by email or phone call.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
