All bids must be submitted no later than Friday, 19th of September 2019 at 5.00 PM Local Lebanon time (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on Monday, 16th of September 2019 at 10.30 AM in the ACTED representative office in 8th floor, Eshmoun Bldg, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
