NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER
Provision of Stationery Supplies

To support the ongoing operations, ACTED through this National Call for tender is requesting suppliers and companies to provide detailed written bids for the supply of the following supplies for two (2) years framework Agreement as below:
Lot # 1
Service: Stationery items
Operation area: Within Beirut
Framework Contract Duration: During One Year Framework Agreement
Lot # 2
Service: Toners and Paper materials
Operation area: Within Beirut
Framework Contract Duration: During One Year Framework Agreement
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) can be downloaded free of charge by all interested bidders from the Daleel Madani website at www.daleel-madani.org under the section “Calls”.

How to Apply
The closing date of this tender is fixed on on 14-03-2022 at 5.00PM (Lebanese local time) for e-mail applications. Late offers will not be considered and will automatically be rejected.
The offers must be submitted to ACTED by mail with the mention: “T/11/MULTI/FWA/Stationery/ BRT/LOG/21-02-2022- Not to be opened before 15-03-2022”
The tender opening session will take place on on Zoom Application. Suppliers will be informed by email or phone call.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
