NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is inviting suppliers and service providers to submit their bid offer to be considered under Framework contract for the following items for the year 2016_2017. The calls for tenders for lots 1, and 2 will be for the signature of framework agreements valid for 12 months, and subject to variations and no commitments in terms of quantities required per item or per lot. These calls for tenders will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers.
