SUPPLIER FOR CONSTRUCTION AND SANITATION SUPPLIES

INVITATION TO PREQUALIFY ACTED Lebanon

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “Urban Neighbourhoods Mobilized to respond to WASH, Shelter and Protection needs” is inviting Suppliers for construction and sanitation supplies to submit applications for the prequalification for the supplies summarized below.

ACTED invites Suppliers to submit an application for prequalification to supply construction and sanitation materials using a voucher system:

Suppliers should have store locations within these zones for supply of materials:

  • Bourj Hammoud (Adana neighboorhood),
  • Mar Elias Camp,
  • Jdeideh (Zaaytriye),
  • Cite sportive (Saiid Ghawach and Daouk neighborhoods)

The prequalification will be conducted using ACTED standard prequalification documents, open to all qualified Suppliers.

The application documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested applicants at the following addresses:

Potential applicants are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present prequalification process and/or the application documents.

A prequalification information session will be organized on 07/03/2018 at 2.00 PM in ACTED representative office in Beirut, Ashrafieh, Damascus Street, Eshmoun Bldg, 8th Floor. Participation of interested applicants to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

All applications must be submitted before on 14/03/2018 at 5.00 PM at the addresses mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late applications will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the applicants in connection with the preparation and submission of their applications to ACTED.

A prequalification opening session will take place on 15/03/2018 in the ACTED representative office in Beirut, Ashrafieh, Damascus Street, Eshmoun Bldg, 8th Floor. The presence of applicants’ representative is allowed.
