FUNCTIONS
A. Data Collection:
To collect data and information in the field through interviews of families, focus group discussions, field visits and surveys, in line with the REACH Assessment Methodology;
To ensure transparent, accurate and timely collection of quantitative and qualitative data and information;
To ensure a regular, effective and comprehensive transmission of information within the all
Database team;
To cross-check information accuracy with the database entry;
To support geo-referencing of all surveys conducted in the field as required by the REACH Assessment Methodology.
B. Reporting:
Providing regular reports to the Field Coordinators at frequent intervals on the progress of the implementation of the assessment activities and on relevant observations during the mission;
Working closely with the Database to provide accurate data and where necessary assist in data entering.

Accountability to Communities and Beneficiaries
The staff member is responsible for ensuring that all relations with the communities we work are conducted in a respectful and consultative manner. Due attention must be paid to ensuring that communities are adequately consulted and informed about ACTED programme objectives, activities, beneficiary selection criteria, and methodologies. This is the responsibility of every ACTED staff member.
