Field Officer

Functions Manage, supervise and provide technical guidance on minor shelter rehabilitation as per program guidelines;   Negotiate approval from private landowners to conduct rehabilitation works and ensure agreement is drafted and signed before rehabilitation is done   Maintain proper records and provide daily and weekly report to supervisor;   Coordinate assembly of kits of basic construction materials to be distributed and ensure compliance with logistics/stock management procedures;   Liaise with logistics department for transport of construction materials;   Do regular monitoring of the project to ensure contractors/landlords complete works as per project requirements to beneficiaries and that works meets quality standards;
