Cash For Work Field Officer

Under the supervision of the Cash for Work Supervisor , the cash for work Officer is responsible to implement and monitor cash for work activities and provide follow up with the project partners and beneficiaries. Specific Duties and Responsibilities : Objective 1: Cash for Work Activity Implementation Support the implementation of the Cash for Work project  to ensure it meets the stated objectives; Assist in the identification of beneficiaries; Provide day to day support to Cash for Work beneficiaries; Ensure attendance sheet and other relevant documentation is properly filled in and processed; Objective 2: Data collection and Reporting Review the achievements and constraints of the project and provide feedback accordingly; Report the on use of all materials; Perform data collection and data entry; Support evaluation of the project.  Knowledge and Experience required : BA in social Science , experience in environmental issues and waste management are required. Minimum of three  years of experience in a related field of work Experience with participatory methodologies, monitoring and reporting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure, independently and with limited supervision Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Access) Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is a must.
