The Field Officer / Monitor is responsible for implementing and monitoring food e-cards project activities and follow up with the beneficiaries and WFP shop partners.
Objective 1: The Field Officer and monitor will be responsible for :
Organizing the distribution of e-cards: receiving the e-cards, preparing the beneficiaries lists, , informing beneficiaries;
Distributing the e-cards during distribution days;
Briefand explain the project, including the eCard usage, hotlines and the monitoringrequirements correctly to the beneficiaries;
Support the services for continuous beneficiary feedback mechanism through 2 hotlines and maintain constant contact with the beneficiaries (receiving their request, providing available information, following up complaints, etc.);
Perform field monitoring visits to shops: shop monitoring and price list(in order to monitor the shops
performance, prices, use of e-cards, availability of good qualities and standards, etc.);
Perform household monitoring to beneficiaries (household visits and at the distribution sites level);
Monitoring all activities of the project;
Maintain regular contact with beneficiaries (receive their requests, provide available information, etc.) on the field;
Perform all other necessary actions for the functioning and success of the project in order to deliver assistance to the designated beneficiaries;
Write regular narrative reports on all the different field and office activities (distributions, field visits, hotline tracking and any other issues as required by line management);
Report the progress of the work to the line manager(s);
Report weekly activity;
Data collection;
Be committed to participate to any other task in order to achieve the project's goal;

Perform field assessment of humanitarian needs
Experience and Personal requirements :
BA in any disciplines related to the profile.Experience In NGO is a plus.
Minimum one year of experience in a related fieldwork
Experience with participatory fieldwork, methodologies, monitoring tools and reporting;
Ability to work in a mixed, intercultural environment;
Commitment to humanitarian field work and its principles;
Knowledgeable and respectful towards and the situation and needs of the refugee community in Lebanon;
Willing to learn from others, grow as a professional and able to accept criticism;
Very good communication skills;
Very good interpersonal skills;
Initiative, availability and learning skills;
Ability to work under pressure, independently and with limited supervision;
Very good computer skills (at least sound experience with Word and Excel);
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is compulsory
