Field Supervisor

The Supervisor Field Officer  is responsible for implementing and monitoring  Food assistance project activities, Managing and monitoring Field Officers and follow. The FS is in charge of building the capacity of the  FO team and ACF internal and external representation and coordination. Objective 1: Implementing and Monitoring Food assistance project Organizing the distribution of e-cards: receiving the cards, preparing lists, identifying distribution centre, informing beneficiaries, etc. Managing the activities of the  Field Officers; Plan and supervise the activities of Field Offices; Represent and explain the project and its objectives correctly to Field officers and to beneficiaries Follow up on complaints; Conduct shop assessments; Perform field monitoring visits to shops to monitor the shops performance, prices, use of e-card, availability of good qualities and standards; Monitoring the activities of the project; Maintain constant contacts with beneficiaries (receive their requests, provide available information, etc.); Perform all other necessary actions for the functioning and success of the project in order to deliver assistance to the designated beneficiaries; Participate in training and education of beneficiaries according to the project requirements; Collaborate to ensure the coherence of the different activities of the programs in collaboration with other departments: Assist project managers; Perform any other task requested for the successful implementation of the project. Objective 2: Reporting and Follow up write regular report reports on progress of activities; Report weekly activity; Data collection; Develop implementation methodology in coordination with the Project Manager; Participate and support the Project Manager in information sharing and coordination activities amongst project counterparts; Be committed to participate to any other work in order to achieved the project goal; Objective 3: Other Issue Respect of ACF Charter and internal rule Be committed to participate to any other work in order to achieved the project goal Perform field assessment of humanitarian needs.   Experience and Skills required: BA socio-economic sciences or any other disciplines related to the profile. Experience In NGO is a plus. Minimum Two years of experience  in a related fieldwork Experience with participatory fieldwork, methodologies, monitoring and reporting good Communication Skills Must be able to train and manage a team (to listen, to advise, to support, to motivate …) Very good interpersonal skills Initiative, availability and learning skills Ability to work under pressure, independently and with limited supervision Very good computer skills (word, Excel, Power point, Access)
