MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Designing, implementation and monitoring of food security components of ACF response to the Syrian crisis in Lebanon - South, ensuring that objectives are met through the effective and efficient implementation of food security and livelihoods interventions, as well as capacity building support to ACF staff. DETAILED OBJECTIVES AND TASKS Objective 1: Ensure a good implementation of the e-Card programme To develop Guidelines/Standard Operating Procedures for the e-cards program with the support of Field Supervisor To ensure Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures are out in practice. To ensure the project tools are harmonized with similar ACF projects in Lebanon. To ensure a nutrition sensitive approach in the projects under his/her responsibility. Continuously assess and strengthen the e-card program utilising experience and lessons learned from previous and other current e-card interventions South. To ensure problems arising are quickly resolved to maintain programme progress, and experience gained is properly documented. To build the capacity of ACF staff to implement cash and voucher programmes in a technically appropriate way through knowledge transfer, training, development of good practice, evidence based research. Objective 2: Promote the comprehension of food security in the intervention area : Collect and evaluate information on food security and the living conditions of the populations; Identify the needs of the most vulnerable populations; Propose how to meet these needs; Coordinate actively with other food security and livelihoods projects of ACF Lebanon Participate actively in developing a food security strategy under the responsibility of the Food Security and Livelihoods Coordinator; Contribute towards the elaboration of proposals ; Contribute towards the elaboration of country strategy. Objective 3: Human Resources Recruit and train the team members ; Take all necessary measures to minimize security risks for him/herself and his/her team Plan and coordinate the team’s activities together with Field Supervisor; Identify the training needs together with Field Supervisor; Carry out appraisals of the team members. Objective 4: Reporting and lessons learnt Reporting monthly activities and preparing internal (APR) and donor regular reports on the on-going project. Monitoring and Evaluation: to keep updated information on the number of beneficiaries and cash amounts distributed as well as core food security indicators. Provide relevant input to concept paper Capitalize all the project experiences and lessons learnt Objective 5: Participation to stakeholders’ coordination Ensure and maintain the working relationship with the local partner/local communities Participate in meetings with the relevant stakeholders concerning food security and livelihoods and cash transfer programming Objective  6 : Admin/Finance/Log/Security (in coordination with Log/Admin) Contribute to the supervision and control of expenses related with the activities of the project (procurement planning) Ensure the application of the log/kit forms and procedures pertaining to the supply chain, procurement, transport/movement, Supervise specific project (s) budget forecast and follow up Participate in the design of new budgets Ensure the respect of the mission security rules by his/her team REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Experience in project management Significant experience in team management  Experience in Food Security projects Experience in participatory approaches, Experience in  team building Good understanding of humanitarian principles
