Objective 1: Monitoring of WaSH activities in Arsal
Ensure that the following activties are done within the deadline and in respect to standards:
-Distribution and installation of water tanks, latrines, chlorinated water, hygiene kits, baby kits, water filters, acquatabs, cleaning kits, sanitation kits, jerrycans etc..)
Needs assessment and data collection for WaSH projects and other ACF sectorial interventions.
Capacity building and training of local staff and partners( Hygiene promotion, establishment of wash committees, tracking of residual chlorine etc...)
Monitoring of social mobilization and hygiene promotion sessions.
Objective 2:Reporting and representation
Represent ACF in Arsal
Support for the coordination process in Arsal , field visits and local partners relationships
Regular follow-up of the humanitarian situation in Arsal in coordination with international and National NGO’s Ministry of Social Affairs andArsal municipality.
Provide ACF team with regular updatesabout the humanitarian situation and needs
Provide ACF team with regular updates on achievements
Objective 3: Monitoring and follow up of logistics aspects of the sub-office
Follow-up stock management procedure (ACF storage conditions , stock reports , expiry dates , and release orders )
Monitor delivery of WaSH items / materials on the field.
Monitor the distribution of ACF materials and the items on the field and ensure properly usage.
Ensure premisesfacilities, fixtures assests and equipment are in good running condition .
Supervise the allocation and the use of equipment and assets.
Responsible for organization and planning of the fleet , including maintenance , weekly and daily planning and cost
Follow-up
Ensure vehicles are equipped with adequate items and are in good working condition
Objective 4: Security and Communication Management
To ensure the standard communication procedure are respected on the Sub-office.
To anticipate participate for the implementation of security rules at the base and intervention area level with a close and regular follow-up .
Participate in the gathering of information regarding security situation and the evolution of the risks , which jeopardize staff life and project action.t
Provide ACF head of base and logistics coordinator with regular updates about security in Arsal
Objective 5: Human Resource Management
Supervision of all Arsal team and is responsible for security rules and regulations
Participate in the recruitment process and selection of new staff.

Respect of ACF Charter and internal rule
Be committed to participate to any other work in order to achieve the project goal.
Required skills :
Initiative, availability/learning capacity – Independent, active and able to work with minimum supervision- Ability to work in a team, interpersonal qualities and diplomacy –organised and rigorous – flexible with respect to job priority – Agrees with the principles and objectives of ACF.
