Assignment: Design methodology and tools for monitoring and evaluating ACF activities. Data analysis. Write monitoring and assessment reports. Coordinate M&E field activities (assessment, distribution, monitoring, construction...)
Required skills :

Objective 1: Define monitoring tools for ACF activities in Bekaa.
Activities :
- Understand the existing ACF monitoring tools and adapt it to the context
- Define the approach to monitor ACF activities (cash for work, WASH, Nutrition).
- Strengthen the integrated approach for data collection
- Define and implement the monitoring tools: APR, KAP surveys, Baseline and endline studies, impact assessments, focus groups…
- Coordinate and follow up the implementation of the tools.
Objective 2: Coordinate ACF’s M&E team
- Define the monthly planning of the team in coordination with HoB/HoP
- Train the team on data gathering, monitoring tools and interview techniques
- Assign the weekly work plans and transportation needs for the teams
- Quality control on the field teams performance
- Streamline the data/information flow and requirements along with the Data Manager
- Prepare and conduct other assessments (rapid, multisectorial) that might be demanded
- Understand the MSNA (Multisectoral Need Assessment Approach) led by the WaSH sector and provide requested input
Objective 3: Analyse the information and write monitoring report.
Activities :
- Systematically review data consistency after the field visits
- Ensure that database is regularly updated and easily consultable/searchable
- Qualitative, quantitative and statistical analysis of the gathered data
- Gap detection and analysis
- Write regular M&E and impact assessment reports
- Write on demand field assessment and identification reports.
Objective 4: Reporting.
Activities :
- Regular reporting to Head of Base and/or Head of Project/Technical coordinator
- Contribute to project's and beneficiaries' data collection and reporting
- Report weekly on activities and transportation needs.
- Report possible problems or conflict during the activities
- Report the progress of the work to his/her inline supervisor and material used.
Objective 5: Others
Activities
- Liaise with others stakeholders, land owners and municipalities in order to coordinate our activities.
- Report on field security issues and situation
- Support and assist other technical and field activities when required according to the base needs
- Respect of ACF Charter and internal rule
- Be committed to participate to any other work in order to achieved the project goals
