The Selected candidate will manage the relationships with the municipalities involced in the project, ensuring correct communication and information between these and the organization and proper management of the activities of the projects. Main objectives of the position are:
Objective 1 : Representing ACF at the municipality level
Objective 2 : monitoring and supervision of cash for work activities at the municipality level
Objective 3: Reporting
Objective 4: Other WaSH related activities (Assement, distribution,...)

A bachelor's degree in public administration, financial management or a related medium is preferred. Extensive background in local government management is often acceptable in lieu of a degree. Experience in public relations is helpful. Experience in a similar position, Computer skills (Microsoft Office), Fluent Arabic, Good English level (written, reading and writing).
