Nfi Distributions Field Officer

The Field Officer / Monitor is responsible for implementing and monitoring the hygiene kits distribution according to project activities and follow them up with the partners and beneficiaries. The FO is in charge of building the capacity of the FO team and ACF internal and external representation and coordination. Specific Duties and Responsabilites : Objective 1: The Field Officer and monitor will be responsible for : Organizing the distribution of hygiene kits: receiving the kits, preparing lists, identifying distribution centers, informing beneficiaries. Distributing the kits during distribution days; Represent and explain the project and its objectives correctly to beneficiaries Follow up on complaints; Perform household monitoring to beneficiaries; Monitoring all activities of the project; Maintain constant contact with beneficiaries (receive their requests, provide available information, etc.); Perform all other necessary actions for the functioning and success of the project in order to deliver assistance to the designated beneficiaries; Write regular reports; Report the progress of the work to the Field supervisor; Report weekly activity; Data collection; Be committed to participate to any other task in order to achieved the project's goal; Objective 2: Other Issue Respect of ACF Charter and internal rule Be committed to participate to any other work in order to achieved the project goal This job description is not exhaustive and may be changed Perform field assessment of humanitarian needs Or amended by the mission management when necessary,According to the base needs. Knowledge and Skills required: BA in any disciplines related to the profile. Experience In NGO is a plus. Minimum one year of experience in a related fieldwork Experience with participatory fieldwork, methodologies, monitoring and reporting Very good Communication Skills Very good interpersonal skills Initiative, availability and learning skills Ability to work under pressure, independently and with limited supervision Very good computer skills (word, Excel) Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is a must
