Assignment : -Identification of implementing sites (Primary Health Center). -Support and monitor the implementation of nutrition and psychosocial activities provided to beneficiaries of  nutrition centre for the treatment of acute malnutrition in coordination and support the implementation of psychosocial activities provided to beneficiaries - Participate to the data collection and to their analysis Required skills: Sense of confidentiality – Skilled activity leader – Skills in child development process Skills in training and dealing with national institution - Good communication and adaptation capacity – Good relations with people – Speak and write English and Fluent Arabic. Objective 1: Identification of implementing sites to establish treatment of acute malnutrition Activities -          Participate in development of appropriate to run PHC assessment (identification of needs and gaps) -          Identify PHC staff training needs and provide recommendations -          Identify stakeholder working in the same area and develop a mapping about CMAM actors in Bekaa Valley   Objective 2: Set up and follow up of CMAM Program Activities: -       Participate in defining activity planning -       Participate in defining activities tools -       Identify and analyse the on-going of activities and propose changes if needed. -       Ensure initial and on-going training of staff in charge of the activities at Primary Health Center and Community level -       Collect data on the activities and analyse them -       Participate and set up any other nutrition activities that could be identify according to the beneficiaries needs or linked to the nutritional situation.   Objective 3: Coordinate activities ran at community level Activities -          Ensure that screening is appropriately run at community level -          Identify needs of training for the outreach team and develop appropriate training according to it -          Ensure that a referral system is well establish for children detected with acute malnutrition and propose action to improve it -       Actively coordinate with ACF WaSH and Assessment department for the introduction of screening activities within their activities   Objective 4: Ensure the smooth and proper running of routine programme activities Activities -          Develop and participate in the training of the PHC staff: -          Monitor trainings for health staff -          Assist health staff in setting-up and opening the nutrition centers -          Supervise and assist in the routine management and running of the different components of the programme -          Set up nutrition awareness activities at PHC level as breastfeeding counselling. -          Ensure that the essential monitoring mechanisms are in place. -          Ensure that performance indicators in nutrition are properly measured. -          Ensure that the MHCP minimum package is implemented in nutrition centers   Objective 5: Program Management Activities -          Ensure that the nutrition programme consumable commodities including rations, therapeutic nutritional treatment, drugs and equipment are well managed. This will also include together with the PHC and ACF team to maintain applicable procedures for quality storage, final preparation (Premix, etc.) and eventual utilization by beneficiaries. -          Assist timely order, procurement and supply of essential commodities and supplies for the nutrition programme ( orders, transportation, and storage may be weekly, monthly or quarterly as agreed at the base level) -          Assist in the identification of gaps in programme management and training needs to be met. -        Elaborating the monthly treasury forecast of the activities of the program  -        Identifying and collaborating with the department of logistics in the definition of the requests of materials, forecasted in the donor’s contract and according to the program’s needs.     Objective 6: Reporting and Coordination Activities -          Realize a weekly and monthly report -          Provide a weekly planning for the whole CMAM team -          Participate to external reports if needed -          Participate to donors report -          Liaise with authorities and take contacts with the local health system in order to ensure the on-going and eventual development of the activities. -          Coordination with others ACF program -          Participate to external coordination if requested -          Assist in the maintenance of regular liaison, collaboration and coordination with the partner organization at field level. -          Assist in the maintenance and functioning of  a proper coordination and referral system with MoPH and other NGOs working in the area ( referral of SAM/MAM and other medical treatment of all beneficiaries of the nutrition programme) -          Assist in the constant M&E of the programme components   Objective 7: Team Management Activities: -       Organizing team meeting -       Participate in recruiting staff; -       Realise regular appraisal for each team member -       Define professional objectives; -       Evaluate team training needs and realize the training     Due to the emergency context, the assistant Head of Project can be requested to participate to any other nutrition, mental health and care practices activities who could be identify according to the beneficiaries needs and the humanitarian situation

Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetic or in nursing or in Public Health. Experience on project implementation and management is request. Knowledge on Treatment of Acute Malnutrition, Infant and Young Children Feeding and on Psychosocial support will be highly appreciated.
At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
