ACF never asks applicants to pay anything during the recruitment process. It is entirely free. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES ACF implements a WaSH projet in the area of Bint Jbeil and Marjayoun. The WaSH Community Mobilizors will conduct field assessments at household level, awareness sessions and awareness activities. They will support the WaSH Supervisor in supervising the 32 volunteers. They will also support in the monitoring of beneficiaries after conducting awareness sessions and activities. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Knowledge in technical training in implementing basic water management capacity building programs and water quality Experience in community mobilization and participation, experience in a similar position, previous experience in conducting assessments and data entry Reporting capacity, organized and rigorous, hard worker, availability/learning capacity, ability to work in a team, interpersonal qualities and diplomacy, flexible with respect to job priority, communication skills, coaching skills. Computer skills : windows domain, compulsory expertise in Excel DETAILED OBJECTIVES AND TASKS Objective 1 : Conduct the baseline and endline surveys to analyse comprehensively the challenges faced by the communities in managing the water resources (including, among others irregular supply and quality of water) Conduct baseline assessment, at the beginning of the project,to estimate the initial situation of water in the area.*** Conduct endline assessment, at the end of the project, to estimate the enhancement of water situation throughout the project and to evaluate the behaviour change and habits in dealing with water *** Participate in the information campaign about the program, and in the general assessment before starting the awareness campaign *** Be in charge of organizing the meetings, training sessions and follow-up sessions (planning, group...) *** Be involved in any evaluation on field survey implemented by ACF *** Informing and documenting the anomalies and the challenges carried out in the water management, and the material necessary for the programme's activities. Objective 2 : Conduct awareness campaigns for Water Quality and Conservations among local civil society Ensure understanding and needs of the communities on water at domestic and agricultural uses *** Conduct awareness session and field activities of a set of best practices for water quality and conservation management at the household level *** Conduct monitoring process after awareness sessions and activities with a particular focus on indicators related to access to water and quality of water under the title of behaviour change *** Be in charge of organizing the meetings, training sessions and follow up sessions (planning, group...) *** Participate in the impact and satisfaction survey after the training sessions *** Informing and documenting the nomalies happened during mobilization campaigns, and possible imprevement necessary for the activities Objective 3 : Data collection and reporting Data collection and recording regarding the project indicators and the potential beneficiaries *** Report daily the problems to the program responsible *** Report daily activities, incidents, achievements *** Provide weekly reports to WaSH Supervisor *** Report the use of materials and possible improvement *** Maintain an accurate reporting and data management of the activities Objective 4 : Security Respect the security rules specified in the mission and base security plan and perform the security management tasks that can be assigned in its protocols ** Communicate to the security managers of the working location any security related information or non-compliance with the security plan Objective 5 : Support all humanitarian activities of ACF Support emergency interventions, as per the employee's capacities ** Support any activity that helps achieving ACF humanitarian goals, as per the employee's capacities *** Participate in new assessments *** Support other activities if needed.
