How to Apply

A site visit will be held on Monday, 2 December 2019, at 11:00 AM. All interested contractors are to meet at the Baalbeck Municipality. Please coordinate with Nissren Jbara (+961 71297399) for details.
Submission of Bids:
Interested contractors are cordially invited to submit their bid for the above, on Friday 6 December 2019, by 1:00 PM. Offers should be submitted in a sealed envelope to our office in Bekaa.

The sealed envelope should be clearly labeled with the name of the Contractor and the subject line: “Call for Tender -Construction of a Water Reservoir in Baalbeck City, Baalbek District”
The sealed envelope should contain:
- A signed and stamped BoQ
- Detailed work schedule
- Methodology
- Company profile
- Registration documents (all legal documents)
- Qualification and CV of proposed personnel
- List of previous similar projects and copies of work completion certificates or equivalent certificates for projects completed within the last five years
- Documents of previous experience with NGOs
Failure to submit the tender according to the above instructions may result in rejection of the offers.
