Daily Snacks Bid for Students in Baalbek Center

Contractual Terms
 The contract will involve the preparation and delivery of an average of 215 snacks per day (five
days / week).
 The contract will bind the parties for a duration of eight months, renewable.
 The supplier must maintain and guarantee the hygiene and quality of the snacks delivered. ADRA
has the right to accept or reject any order based on the quality of the snacks, the delivery
condition, and the work.
 The start date of this service will be November 1, 2023.
Bid Submission
 Applicants are kindly requested to submit their bids online via the link provided in Dalil al-Madani or
by hand at the Baalback office.
 Bids should include the following information:
o Certificate of registration and VAT registration
o The contents of the snacks and their unit price
Items Price

Sandwich ( Labne or Cheese)
Mankouche
Fruits or popcorn or jello
Vegetable
Water or juice
TOTAL KIT PRICE

o The terms and conditions for delivery
o An actual photo of the kit and content
o Proof of the applicant's previous experience in providing such snacks
Deadline for application: [27-10-2023]

Selection Criteria
 Applicants will be selected based on their proposal's compliance with the Beneficiary's
requirements stated in the "Description" section and the price per unit.
 Applicants with their own kitchen will be preferable.
 Qualified bidders will be invited to submit samples of the requested snacks for evaluation.
 Subcontracting is not preferable.
