Hot Meals Request for Quotation and TOR- Bekaa Valley

• A detailed schedule will be shared with the suppliers after the selection process, to indicate the
• locations and whether it is lunch or dinner.
•  One meal per day in a form of lunch or dinner for 7 days in each area.
•  Meal must be enough for 1 person.
•  Fruits: orange, apple or banana.
•  Sweet snack: cake or similar.
•  Containers and packaging: aluminum tray and paper lid closed properly.
•  Transportation cost should be included via Rapid or closed vehicle taking into consideration hygienic conditions.
• Visibility- logos, will be shared with the supplier by ADRA team after contract signature to stick on the meal’s packaging.
• Food safety and quality should be ensured.
• Two separate quotations should be submitted if the supplier is interested in applying for two areas

Please provide a sample invoice and receipt with MOF # and/or VAT # included.
