2. Scope of Work
2.1 Campaign Research, Strategy & Coordination
Develop the campaign concept, tone, and messaging aligned with ADRA Lebanon’s communication standards (clarity, dignity, community-centered storytelling).
Create a complete media rollout plan and communication calendar.
Coordinate with ADRA Lebanon field teams and local partners in Baalbak, Bekaa, and Beirut.
Conduct consultations to ensure alignment with ADRA branding and humanitarian principles.
2.2 Media Production & Campaign Asset Development
Develop storyboards and scripts based on ADRA’s narrative guidelines.
Film across ADRA project sites, including activities, tree-planting, testimonies, and community engagement.
Edit and produce videos using ADRA’s visual identity.
Design posters, social media graphics, donor certificates, and other campaign materials.
Develop a dedicated fundraising webpage/landing page.
Deliver all multimedia assets optimized for ADRA’s digital platforms.
2.3 Digital Marketing & Advertising
Set up and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ads targeting Lebanon and the diaspora.
Develop ethical, humanitarian-aligned copywriting.
Conduct creative testing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
Provide weekly campaign monitoring, optimization, and analytics reporting.
2.4 Ambassador, Media & Public Relations Outreach
Coordinate with selected public figures, ambassadors, or community advocates (minimum two).
Prepare captions, scripts, and messaging for collaborative content.
Draft press releases aligned with ADRA’s communication tone.
Conduct media outreach to major outlets and radio stations.
Support social media activations, including hashtag-driven engagement initiatives.
2.5 Launch Event Coverage & Documentation
Provide photography and videography for launch events and community activities.
Produce highlight videos demonstrating ethical, respectful representation.
Prepare an end-of-campaign impact report summarizing engagement and participation.
Deliver a full media package for ADRA Lebanon’s archives and future communication use.
3. Strategy Development Deliverables
3.1 Short-Term Strategy (Until December 31)
Campaign rollout plan and activation timeline.
Deployment of media assets across all targeted regions.
Completion of production and visibility requirements.
3.2 Medium-Term Strategy (6 Months)
Plan to maintain communication momentum.
Periodic content updates and targeted outreach to local and diaspora audiences.
Integration with sustainable programming and social venture approaches.
3.3 Long-Term Strategy (2 Years)
Multi-year communication and PR strategy.
Regular refresh of media assets.
Strengthening of donor engagement and institutional visibility.
4. Required Qualifications
Vendors must demonstrate:
Experience working with nonprofit, humanitarian, or development organizations.
Strong portfolio in media production, digital marketing, and PR.
Knowledge of ethical storytelling and humanitarian communication principles.
Ability to operate in Baalbak, Bekaa, and Beirut.
5. Deliverables
Full campaign strategy and calendar.
Complete set of media assets (videos, photos, graphics).
Fundraising landing page/webpage.
Weekly advertising performance reports.
Public relations and media outreach package.
End-of-campaign impact report.
Delivery of all raw and edited media files.
6. Duration
The assignment will cover:
Immediate short-term implementation (until December 31)
Medium-term engagement (6 months)
Long-term communication strategy development (2 years)
