Strengthening critical WASH infrastructure - water supply system and small reservoirs for Syrian and Lebanese refugees in the Bekaa and Baalbek-Harmel area

ADRA Lebanon in cooperation with ADRA Slovakia is implementing the project "Strengthening critical
WASH infrastructure - water supply system and small reservoirs for Syrian refugees and Lebanese in the
Bekaa and Baalbek-Hermel area (SAMRS/2022/HUM/1/6)” funded by SlovakAid, “the Official
Development Assistance of the Slovak Republic”. One of the project’s result is to deliver 35 metal
garbage containers with handles and four wheels to Majdal Anjar Municipality- Bekaa- Lebanon.
ADRA is writing to request an offer for the delivery of metal garbage containers (1,100 liters’ capacity)
with handles and four wheels within December 2023/January 2024 to the municipality of Majdal Anjar-
Bekaa- Lebanon.
ADRA as a first step will need your indicative quotation of the current market price, which is very
important for setting the estimated value of the contract.
ADRA will subsequently publish a binding invitation for quotations based on the indicative price offers.
The two-step process is necessary due to the project being funded by the SlovakAid, “the Official
Development Assistance of the Slovak Republic” (public funding) program.
Therefore, we would like to ask interested suppliers/companies to send a completed indicative
quotation and information on the expected delivery date including the manufacturing process of the
garbage containers specified in Annex 1 for 35 containers to be delivered to Majdal Anjar Municipality.
Interested suppliers are cordially invited to submit their offer for the above, no later than Tuesday, 07
November 2023 by 4:00 pm.

Note: Only companies/suppliers with legal business registration, license and VAT registration could
submit their indicative offers.
