Description:
- Perform field assessments and calls to gather essential data and information.
- Conduct door-to-door visits to assess needs and provide information about available services.
- Participate in distribution events, ensuring smooth and organized operations.
- Organize and conduct monthly shopping trips for elderly individuals, ensuring their essential needs are met.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records of field activities.
- Drafting reports to document field activities, findings, and outcomes for internal records and reporting purposes.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills while interacting with team members and beneficiaries.
- Uphold professionalism in all interactions and representations of the organization.
- Engage compassionately with beneficiaries, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Document success stories from beneficiaries to showcase the impact of the organization's efforts.
- Assist the Project Manager, Project Support Officer, and MEAL Officer by undertaking assigned duties.
