English & Arabic Tutor

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured lessons in English and Arabic aligned with ADRA’s retention support program.

Provide individual and group support to address students’ academic needs.

Develop and adapt resources to strengthen reading, writing, comprehension, and grammar.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Maintain classroom discipline and a supportive learning environment.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the ADRA Education Team.

Promote child protection and safeguarding in all activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Arabic, or related field.

At least 2 years of teaching experience.

Strong command of English and Arabic (spoken & written).

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Computer literate; able to prepare and use digital learning resources.

Organized, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
