- Project Development and Fundraising
- Research funding opportunities for ADRA Lebanon
- Develop high quality proposals that address the needs of vulnerable communities
- Write and submit letters of interest, concept notes and proposals to donors
- Communicate with donors and potential donors about possible collaboration
- Work with other ADRA offices to develop project ideas and proposals
- Project Management and Reporting
- Write and submit monthly, quarterly and final reports following ADRA Lebanon and donor requirements
- Oversee and manage program operations and project implementation in Lebanon, ensuring high quality and adherence to internal and external standards
- Assign tasks and supervise the work of project managers
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation for ongoing projects
- Design any monitoring and evaluation tools as needed
- Participate in project evaluations to enhance organizational learning through documenting lessons learned
- Collect and edit human interest and success stories monthly
- Coordination
- Represent ADRA Lebanon program/projects; build and maintain good relations with local communities, national authorities, international and national organizations
- Participate in relevant sector meetings and other meetings for coordination purposes
- Provide updates on all meetings attended and follow up on any action points
