Develop comprehensive and engaging lesson plans in both Arabic and French, tailored to meet the individual needs of at-risk students, addressing their academic challenges and learning preferences in both languages.
Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a supportive and focused learning environment, encouraging student participation in both Arabic and French lessons.
Respond promptly to students' academic and emotional needs, offering personalized support and guidance in Arabic and French to help them overcome challenges and stay engaged in their education.
Conduct pre- and post-assessments in both Arabic and French to evaluate students' academic progress and identify areas for improvement. Regularly monitor and analyze performance to adjust teaching strategies as needed.
Collaborate closely with the Education Project Manager to ensure that teaching methods in Arabic and French align with overall intervention plans. Participate in regular meetings to share updates, discuss student challenges, and plan targeted interventions.
Integrate life skills activities into the curriculum to help students develop essential skills, emotional intelligence, and resilience while enhancing their competencies in both Arabic and French.
Utilize diverse teaching methodologies and differentiated instruction to accommodate the varied learning abilities and styles of students across both languages.
Organize group activities and workshops to promote peer collaboration, build social skills, and foster a sense of belonging among students while reinforcing their Arabic and French skills.
Hold regular one-on-one meetings with at-risk students to discuss their academic progress in Arabic and French, set goals, and provide constructive feedback and encouragement.
Apply behavioral management techniques to address disruptive behaviors, offering positive reinforcement and appropriate consequences when necessary in both Arabic and French classes.
Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and attendance. Prepare regular progress reports for updates to the project manager on both Arabic and French learning progress.
Continuously reflect on teaching practices, interventions, and outcomes in both Arabic and French, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
