Adyan is registered in Lebanon as a non-profit and non-governmental organization (NGO), under registration number 1103 by a ministerial decree dated 18 September 2008.

 

Brief about the project

Rashad Center for Cultural Governance (RCCG) initiative aims to engage Lebanese parliamentarians and their support staff to discuss and work out long-term values-based approach to parliamentary work and dynamics through a series of workshops and activities.

 

Role of the Media Monitoring Officer:

  1. Monitor the MPs' engagement with the project through the collection on a daily basis of data regarding the public discourse, verbal and written statements, political dynamic, as well as the interaction of the constituents of the MPs’ regarding any change in their discourse.
  2. Scanning news stories, websites, social media platforms, message boards, blogs, television programs, radio broadcasts and any other sources for mentions of the MP.
  3. Consolidate findings in a weekly report.

 

Compensation

The Media Monitoring officer will benefit from a compensation fee of 250$/month (Two Hundred and fifty US Dollars per month) over a period of 6 months.
