Call for proposal for the implementation of a SCADA Central Control Room for North Lebanon Water Establishment (Execution mainly in Arabic and English - Contract in French) -- EXTENDED TO 07 JANUARY 2026

AFD is implementing a Programme, fully funded by the European Union and entitled ‘Technical assistance programme to support reforms in the water and wastewater sectors in Lebanon’ to strengthen the Lebanese stakeholders in their respective functions as service operators (through the Water Establishments) and tutelage (through the Ministry of Energy and Water) as well as to support institutional and sectoral dialogue. The name of the Programme was abbreviated into ‘Water Reform Programme’.

Within this Programme, AFD is  seeking out the services of a service provider to implement a central SCADA control room, which will be installed in a room provided for this purpose by North Lebanon Water Establishment within the premises of the Bahsas water treatment plant in Tripoli.

This project includes:

• Civil works,
• Furniture supply,
• Hardware and software supply,
• Training.
