Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

• Develop, design and implement an M&E framework per project and set up a system for qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
• Prepare data collection surveys, ensure data processing and interpretation
• Create dashboards to visualize the data insights
• Ensure the outreach officers are trained on the use of the field level data collection tools and reporting

• Plan and monitor outreach activities to ensure the projects deliverable meet deadlines
• Follow up regularly with outreach officers on data collection and reporting
• Participate to the identification of beneficiaries (outreach) among vulnerable Lebanese population
• Perform field visits to follow up on the implementation plan, identify gaps and recommend solutions
• Follow up with project partners on monitoring of indicators set in the project contracts
• Liaise regularly with stakeholders (Agriculture centers, municipalities, farmers) to assess the impacts of the interventions carried-out
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports on progress updates
