Programs Manager

Ahla Fawda is seeking a Programs Manager to support and lead its humanitarian, environmental, and community-based interventions. The role focuses on coordinating programs that promote environmental sustainability, waste reduction, and community support, while ensuring activities respond to local needs and realities.

The Programs Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on projects from start to finish. This includes organizing logistics for workshops, awareness sessions, community activities, and relief-related initiatives, as well as supporting on-the-ground implementation to ensure activities are carried out effectively and respectfully. The role involves regular coordination with community members, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication before, during, and after activities. The Programs Manager will also support monitoring and reporting by documenting activities, collecting basic data, and contributing to progress and donor reports while ensuring deadlines are met.

In addition, the position includes supporting field documentation and social media coverage during activities to highlight program impact and community engagement. The Programs Manager works closely with the team to adapt activities as needed, address challenges as they arise, and ensure programs remain inclusive, relevant, and impactful. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a genuine interest in humanitarian and environmental work. The Programs Manager is expected to be actively involved in field activities while also contributing to planning, coordination, and follow-up processes that strengthen Ahla Fawda’s programs and community presence.
