The training will target having around 10 youth facilitators, which will then be put in teams of 2, each coaching 1 NGO in their SDG streamlining efforts using the guide developed by Aie Serve.
Participants who successfully complete the training and coaching of the selected NGOs will be remunerated $300 as an incentive fee.
Phases:/Procedure
- Phase 1: Call for Applicants (February 1 – February 10)
- Phase 2: Shortlisting & Selection of Facilitators (February 10 – February 20)
- Phase 3: Selected Applicants Informed & Training Dates Set (February 20 February 22)
- Phase 4: 4-Hour Online Training Workshop (February 28)
- Phase 5: Assignment of Facilitators to NGOs (First week of March)
- Phase 6: Facilitators Coach Selected NGOs (Throughout March)
- Phase 7: Evaluation & Closure (April)
