National Call For Tenders For Schools Rehabilitation

Akkar Network for Development (AND) has been working in Akkar for the last years with women, youth and local authorities to promote the well-being of the community. In addition to other interventions in the area, AND is currently working on several livelihood projects. In partnership with the International Comittee of Red Cross (ICRC), AND is implementing a schools rehabilitation project (4 schools in the area of Wadi-khaled) focusing on livelihood strenghtening via the cash for work component.(we shall have 175 male beneficiaries working under the supervision of the contractor for a two months period - based on their level of vulnerability) This call for tenders is conducted using AND's guidelines open to all qualified suppliers and service providers.Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience Bidders shall have an association registration's number and a minimum of five years of experience in this field. This job falls under our cash for work program, therefore daily workers are selcted from our side. Contractor shall provide us with the materials/equipments and supervise the overall progress of the work and ensure the quality of services.
