Chocolate Moulding Trainer

Background: Akkar Network for Development (AND) has been working in Akkar for the last years with women, youth and local authorities to promote the well-being of the community. In addition to other interventions in the area, AND is currently working on combating violence against women and children, women and youth empowerment e,g. vocational training… In partnership with Heartland Alliance, AND is in the process of launching a safe women space that provides holistic services focusing on psychosocial support, violence prevention, livelihoods strengthening and social cohesion to diverse vulnerable populations affected by the Syrian refugee crisis, including women and girls, and survivors of Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV), torture and trauma. Areas of Responsibility: Vocational training The main task to be completed by the consultant shall be: - Providing vocational training workshops on Chocolate Moulding to a group of 20 to 30 women in selected areas in Akkar. A training cycle shall comprise three months of vocational training, twice a week, for 3 hours per day. Training locations: Akkar  Deliverables The consultant shall be responsible for the following deliverables. Training Cycle Program, and calendar of training sessions A comprehensive list of all needed items (equipment and material) for each training cycle. Training Curriculum   Final report at the end of each training cycle.
