Job Responsibility:

The Entrepreneurship specialist role is to work with potential entrepreneurs to help them develop their business plan and carefully consider their financial needs and prospects. He/She is expected to design an entrepreneurship bootcamp for potential new entrepreneurs in Akkar including the following topics:

• Creating a successful business model.
• Design thinking.
• Conducting a self-evaluation/identifying the risks and opportunities.
• Creating a strong brand.
• Strategic positioning and value proposition development.
• Financial modeling.
• The role of the founder, building effective partnerships, and recruiting team members
• Marketing, personal selling, and customer acquisition.
• Harnessing resources and fundraising.
• Pitching to investors.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

1. BA in related field.
2. Minimum of three years’ in relevant experience.
3. Problem-solving skills.
4. Interpersonal skills, as you will be working with different entities for the common good of the community.
5. Strong entrepreneurship background.
6. Planning and organization skills.
7. Entrepreneurial skills and technics.

Deliverables

The provider of services shall be responsible for the following deliverables.

• Training Syllabus and timetable
• Materials used throughout the workshop and training curriculum.
• Training logistics (attendance sheet, record keeping…).
• Total cost including number of hours and/or days + cost per hours and/or day.
• Appraisal by the end of the training with further recommendations.

Reporting

The Entrepreneurship specialist shall report to the project manager.
