Financial literacy/Household management Trainer

AND is operating safe spaces in Akkar (static and mobile) for women and adolescent girls. These spaces provide holistic services focusing on psychosocial support, violence prevention, livelihoods strengthening and social cohesion to diverse vulnerable populations Syrian and Lebanese, including women and girls, and survivors of Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV), torture and trauma. AND is seeking a trainer with a strong background on financial literacy / household management trainer. These services include skills building trainings for women and girls on several, diverse topics including financial literacy and household management. Thus, the need for a financial literacy / household management trainer. The trainer is required to coordinate with the project manager to combine the needs of the trainees with the training curriculum and material in accordance with protection priorities determined for the women and children Areas of Responsibility: The main task to be completed by the trainer shall be: Developing the training materials to be used in the training module, and implement the training curriculum agreed upon with the project management team. The workshop shall cover the following: • Home financial management • Preparing a household budget, especially in times of crises • Identification and management of resources • Defining and managing priorities • Realizing what are the sources of income? • Determining the family's financial goals • Planning to spend family income • Recording and analyzing of expenses incurred Training location: Akkar. Deliverables The provider of services shall be responsible for the following deliverables. 1. Training Cycle Syllabus and timetable 2. Training Curriculum 3. Final Appraisal at the end of the training cycle. Level of Effort The Trainer shall have the following number of days allocated for this task: Task LOE Financial literacy/household management Trainer 15 hours by 4 days/ Cycle TOTAL 4 days Reporting The provider of services shall report to the Project Manager.
