Advanced Digital Trainer - Coding

The Specialized Advanced Digital Trainer, will be delivering sessions for groups of children aged between 10 to 19 in Bab Ramel Tripoli, over a span of 22 training days for each group.

The Coding Through Games Trainer will facilitate educational and age-appropriate training sessions using game-based learning to introduce basic coding logic and computational thinking to children aged 10–15 years. The training spans over 22 interactive sessions, promoting creativity, problem-solving, and digital curiosity through accessible platforms.

 

The main responsibilities include, not limited to:

 

  • Develop age-appropriate training materials (curriculum) and session plans for ages (10-19)
  • Evaluate level of digital training level for the beneficiaries and identify of the appropriate digital training level and materials to build upon.
  • Introduce foundational coding concepts (loops, variables, conditionals) through playful, age-relevant games.
  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate knowledge gained and engagement.
  • Monitor participants' progress and adjust teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Delivering sessions per group using age-appropriate methods.
  • Deliver interactive and engaging training.
  • Monitoring participants' engagement and learning progress.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain a safe, and supportive learning environment.
  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure improvement of the participants.
  • Submit brief progress reports on a regular basis, including session highlights and any issues encountered.
  • Provide a report upon completion of the sessions, including:
    • Attendance records
    • Assessment Pre-Post test results
    • Key observations and recommendations for future sessions
    • Notable success stories

Training sessions estimated content (will be updated according to the age and the interest of the participants.) Will include the following, in addition to further topics based on the need’s assessment and the beneficiaries' interest not limited to:

  • Girls Age 10-15:
    • Introduction to Coding Through Games – Learning basic coding logic through interactive, game-based exercises.
  • Girls Age 16-19:
    • Coding & Web Development – Introduction to website creation and basic programming.

Bids to be submitted to

  • Tripoli Office :Tripoli .Dam w Farez , jana Residence Building , 5nd Floor.

 

  • Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed Akkarouna Office mentioned above.

 

  • The envelope should clearly indicate the Invitation to RFQ reference number ITB/008/010/2025 but contain no other details relating to the bid.
    • All documentation submitted should be done in their own clearly labelled envelopes which are submitted in one single envelope as detailed above.

 

IMPORTANT:

The technical offer and financial offer are to be sent in separate documents. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
