English Language Trainer

The English Language Trainer will be providing English sessions for adolescent girls aged between 10 to 19 in Bab Ramel, Tripoli over a span of 8 training days.

The trainer’s responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Develop a basic English curriculum suitable for ages 10–19.
• Evaluate level of English literacy for the beneficiaries and identify of the appropriate English Literacy level to build upon (Beginner, intermediate an advanced)
• Adapt teaching materials based on participants' backgrounds, language levels, and specific learning needs.
• Delivering sessions per group using age-appropriate methods.
• Deliver interactive and engaging training.
• Maintain safe, and supportive learning environment. 
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor participants' engagement, attendance, and learning progress throughout the sessions.
• Conducting simple assessments to measure improvement (Pre-Post assessments).
• Submit brief progress reports on a regular basis, including session highlights and any issues encountered.
• Provide a report upon completion of the sessions, including:
  • Attendance records
  • Assessment pre-Post test results
  • Key observations and recommendations for future sessions
