Akkarouna is seeking the services of a qualified Odoo implementation partner to support the deployment of the Accounting & Finance modules of the Odoo ERP system. The purpose is to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and ensure compliance with international accounting standards and donor/partner requirements.
Along with the deployment of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learnings modules of the Odoo system. To ensure evidence-based programming and accountability to affected populations, the project requires robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) mechanisms. The organization seeks the services of a qualified consultant, firm, or software provider to design, deploy, and support MEAL systems and tools, ensuring quality data collection, transparent reporting, effective beneficiary feedback channels, and structured learning processes.

Paper Submission:
In case of the submission of a hard copy, the procedure should be as follows:

- Tripoli Office :Tripoli .Dam w Farez , jana Residence Building , 5nd Floor.
- Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed Akkarouna Office mentioned above.
- The envelope should clearly indicate the Invitation to RFQ reference number ITB/008/014/2025 but contain no other details relating to the bid.
- All documentation submitted should be done in their own clearly labelled envelopes which are submitted in one single envelope as detailed above.

The technical offer and financial offer are to be sent in separate documents. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
