Scope of the Technical Training:

Akkarouna seeks a private technical school within the areas of Hrar and its surroundings to implement vocational training courses targeting vulnerable Lebanese and Syrian participants, with a focus on professional and technical skills. These training courses, identified through a labor market assessment, consider factors such as market growth potential, gender suitability, education level, nationality, and beneficiary mobility. The training course should be around 80 hours and have theoretical and practical experience.

Training Sectors Required – Final selection of sectors will be based on trainees' profiles and interest:

• Hospitality and Housekeeping (e.g., Event planner, chocolate Decoration, Massage Therapist)
• Hairdressing and beauty (e.g., Skin care, Nails care, manicure Pedicure, Men's Barber, Hairdresser, Makeup)
• Sewing and tailoring (e.g., Tailoring and Repairs)
• Cooking and food preparation (e.g., Pastry and Sweets Making, Cooking, Traditional Homemade Preserves (Mouneh), Chocolate Production)
• Farming and Agriculture (e.g., Livestock Farming, Cultivation of Agricultural Seedlings, Greenhouse Seedling Cultivation, Flower seedling nursery)
• IT /Graphic Design /Coding (e.g., Mobile Phone Repair and Software Programming, Photography, Accounting and Bookkeeping, Application and Website Development)

1. Contribute to the quality design and timely delivery of training.
2. Ensure training participants are adequately prepared for work-based learning opportunities and Entrepreneur skills
