The qualified person is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
The incumbent's main responsibilities include:
Arranging and confirming tasks
Receiving, directing and relaying apointments
English report writing
Maintaing filing/archiving system
Assisting in the preparation of meetings and trainings
Drafting minutes of meetings
Maintaining databases
Directing the beneficiaries to the appropriate staff member
Maintaing confidentiality
Receiving and screening visitors
Maintaining office supplies inventory
Determining needs and ordering office supplies, equipment, repair and maintenance services
Follow-up on projects tasks, milestones and other project related work
Performing other tasks as required by the PMO or the General Manager
