The Human Resources supports the operations of the organization by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit: organizational structure, employment, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, orientation/training/development, and policy/procedure development, retention and succession planning.   Duties Develop and implement HR strategy in line with the organization strategy Work closely with top management to identify high potential employees, and develop career programs for those important to the growth of the organization Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions Act as a business partner and provide dashboards/analytics to management and department heads to help them have a pulse of their team Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff Prepare a yearly HR budget and manage costs Ensure all staff receive a yearly performance appraisal in accordance with organization procedure Monitor the performance of new recruits during probationary period in cooperation with department heads Drive an effective learning and development agenda that impacts the employees and the organization Ensure all job descriptions are kept up to date, and create new JDs when necessary Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant Review all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay increases in consultation with management team, and according to the grading system Conduct employee engagement surveys to collate insights at workplace, and recommend necessary actions for improvement Develop retention strategy, compensation and benefits procedures Develop succession plan for key positions Direct the implementation of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure maintenance and accuracy of HR data Ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline Business Skills Decisive thinker: able to analyze information quickly and use it to make robust decisions Skilled influencer: able to gain commitment from different quarters in order to benefit the organization Personally credible: expert in both HR and commercial issues, and takes a professional approach Collaborative: able to work well with a range of people both within and outside of the organization Driven to deliver: focus on delivering best possible results for the organization, and show determination, and resourcefulness Courage to challenge: has the courage and confidence to speak up and challenge others even when met with resistance or unfamiliar circumstances Role model. Leads by example Resourcing and talent planning: ability to attract talented candidate who will give the organization an edge Strong organization skills Numerical and budgeting skills Highly proficient in English /Arabic both written and oral Strong understanding of Labor law and NSSF regulations Exhibit ownership and loyalty Computer Skills Must be adept in use of MS Office Human Resource Information system (HRIS) Experience & Knowledge Position requiring a high level of maturity Position requiring a high level of confidentiality Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
