Meal Enumerator (Akkar)

Responsibilities: (in bullet points)

•  Conduct the Self Reliance Composite Index as a baseline, midline and end line and every six months starting year 2 and 3.
• Conduct PDMs for various cash assistance activities to make sure that all the beneficiaries are benefitting from high-standard assistance.
• Participate in spot checks assessments and quality benchmarks.
• Attend required inductions and trainings.
• Conduct phone assessments with different stakeholders.
• Conduct regular visit for the municipalities in order to get the approval to visit the beneficiaries in the relevant village and communicating with al shawish before entering the ITs.
• Conduct focus group discussion and Key informant interviews with different stakeholders.
• Data entry using the determined data collection designed tools and protocols.
• Make referrals to other programs and agencies when deemed necessary.
• Perform any other data collection tasks as requested.
• All Akkarouna enumerator are required to sign and adhere to Akkarouna Code of Conduct 

Experience and technical competencies required: (include years of experience)

• preferably experience in Monitoring Evaluation Assessment and Learning (MEAL), or other experience in data collection and assessment
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, integrity, strength of character and perseverance
• Inter-culturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills
• Show a strong work ethic
• Articulate communicator
• Able to work as part of a team while using initiative within work requirements
• Respect and apply the child safeguarding policies
