Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

- Providing oversight for a program's planning, evaluation, knowledge management and monitoring. - Identifies Performance indicators, developes quality assurance strategies & trains program emploees. - Maintaines contact with program partners and ensures all program aspects comply with Projects and Organizational requirements. - Designing the monitoring and evaluation tools and templates that meets the requirements of each project. - Lead and organise all related learning exercises and sessions. -  Conduct M&E activities and ensure that they are being implemented according to each workplan and timeline. - Ensure that all database is correct, accurate and up-to-date. - Responsible for the monthly M&E report.
