Stock Management Officer / مسؤول إدارة المخزون

Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الأساسية • Monitor daily stock levels of raw materials, ingredients, and finished bakery products. • Record incoming and outgoing stock using manual or digital systems. • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies. • Coordinate with the bakery manager to plan material needs based on production schedules. • Ensure proper storage and labeling of all items following hygiene and safety standards. • Track product expiration dates and manage rotation to reduce waste. • Prepare purchase requests and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and reports. • مراقبة مستويات المخزون اليومية للمواد الأولية والمكونات والمنتجات النهائية. • تسجيل جميع المواد الواردة والصادرة باستخدام نظام يدوي أو إلكتروني. • إجراء جرد دوري للمخزون والإبلاغ عن أي فروقات. • التنسيق مع مدير المخبز لتقدير احتياجات المواد بناءً على جدول الإنتاج. • التأكد من التخزين الصحيح ووضع الملصقات وفق معايير النظافة والسلامة. • متابعة تواريخ الصلاحية وتنظيم دوران البضائع لتقليل الهدر. • إعداد طلبات الشراء والتواصل مع الموردين لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد. • الحفاظ على سجلات وتقارير دقيقة ومحدّثة للمخزون. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Skills / المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة • 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in the food or bakery sector. • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, or POS systems). • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Team player with good communication skills. • خبرة من سنة إلى ثلاث سنوات في إدارة المخزون أو المستودعات، ويفضّل في مجال الأغذية أو المخابز. • مهارات تنظيم وتوثيق ممتازة. • معرفة أساسية بالحاسوب (Excel أو أنظمة إدارة المخزون أو نقاط البيع). • دقة عالية وانتباه للتفاصيل. • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد. • روح العمل الجماعي ومهارات تواصل جيدة. ________________________________________ Education / المستوى التعليمي • Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred). • شهادة تقنية أو جامعية في إدارة الأعمال أو سلاسل التوريد أو مجال مشابه (يفضّل). ________________________________________ Compensation / المزايا • Competitive salary based on experience. • Staff meals and discounts. • Supportive team environment and growth opportunities. • راتب شهري تنافسي حسب الخبرة. • وجبات وخصومات خاصة للموظفين. • بيئة عمل مشجّعة مع فرص للتطور المهني.
